Service Personnel Preparation Course

WV Adult Education has designed a preparation course to assist you in getting ready to take your Service Personnel Competency Test. This self-paced course is based upon the blueprint, standards, and competencies established for the minimum expectations of knowledge needed to apply for the position. Potential applicants could complete this course prior to attempting the classification exam (this would be our recommendation) or it could be used to review if they have previously failed the classification exam. Potential applicants get lots of exposure to working online and answering multiple choice questions online, similar to the classification exams.
